Refund policy

Returns:
Due to the nature of our business and hosting over 100 local businesses within our retail shop, we do not have the ability to accept returns or offer store credit.

Exchanges:
You may exchange eligible product within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to process an exchange for an online order. You may process your exchange in store to save on shipping costs.

Final Sale:
Final sale items that we do not accept returns or exchanges on include all personal care products (such as beauty products and body care products), perishables (such as flowers, plants and food), and custom product (such as personalized items and special orders).

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  You can reach us at help@makersofmaryland.com
