Makers of Maryland is growing and we're looking for positive, motivated people to join our team. This person should believe in our mission of lifting up local small businesses and want to help grow our maker community. Employees will be responsible for working the Makers shop at The Avenue in White Marsh and occasionally work events such as My Sunday Market. We have part time and full time positions available.

About this Position: Makers of Maryland is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team. We are hiring for a key holder position at our White Marsh location. This person will be responsible for working the sales floor, providing quality customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. The key holder will flex into the role of manager on duty to assist supervisors by fulfilling opening/closing procedures, overseeing the sales floor, and delegating tasks to the sales associates.

Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, sales, or customer service and works well in a team environment. They should also be comfortable in the role of a manager to oversee sales associate productivity. At Makers of Maryland, we believe in the power of community.
