Makers of Maryland is growing and we're looking for positive, motivated people to join our team. This person should believe in our mission of lifting up local small businesses and want to help grow our maker community. Employees will be responsible for working the Makers shop at The Avenue in White Marsh and occasionally work events such as My Sunday Market. We have part time and full time positions available.

Supervisor

About this Position: Makers of Maryland is looking for a Supervisor who is passionate about small businesses and handmade products and wants to help build a thriving community of local makers. As part of our store management team, you will help barcode product restocks efficiently, assist customers, and manage sales associates during their shifts to ensure they have all the training and tools they need.

Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, sales, or customer service and is willing to help train sales associates in customer service skills.

About this Position: Makers of Maryland is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual as a sales associate to assist in customer sales at our store. This person will be responsible for working the sales floor and providing quality customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. This person should be comfortable greeting customers and speaking to them while in the shop to provide product recommendations and answer questions.

Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, sales, or customer service and works well in a team environment.
