My Sunday Market is our OG makers market hosted the Second Sunday each month from May to October at The Avenue in White Marsh.
Over 50 local makers, live entertainment, family friendly activities, eateries around the shopping center & more!
Each event has family friendly activities and entertainment. Face painting will be available every month. Other month's activities will rotate through hair tinsel, family friendly crafts, build your own bouquet flower bar, charm bars & more!
Our 2026 My Sunday Market is sold out for the year. Add your email below to get on the waitlist. You can sign up to be notified if a vendor cancels and spaces open up this year. You'll also be one of the first notified when vendor applications launch for 2027 to make sure you don't miss out next year!
We limit the number of vendors in each product category to ensure the market isn't oversaturated in one type of product. This makes for a better shopping experience for customers and it also gives each vendor the best opportunity to have a successful day. But, this also means that our vendor spaces sell out quickly. Getting on our waitlist ensures you can apply first before we post to social media.
For our events your vendor fee covers a 10x10' vendor booth. You bring your own tent, tables, and anything else you need for your set up.
We use vendor fees to fund the cost of shutting down the road (around $2k for regular markets and upwards of $6k for bigger events), payroll costs to approve vendors and get vendor agreements in place, marketing expenses for paid ad campaigns and partnerships with other businesses to promote the event, payroll costs for posting organic social media advertising and Facebook event posts, printed marketing materials, entertainment (live bands are around $1k-3k depending on the event and time), face painters and other activities ($300-$500 per activity), payroll for our day of event staff, and other random costs that come up like permits, safety cones for traffic control, security, etc.
We do everything we can to keep our vendor fees affordable for the community while balancing covering all of these fees and having enough in the budget to properly market the event.
Our vendor fees vary based on the event's size, venue, budgeting costs, etc. Most of them fall around $100 for a 5 hour event. Some of our bigger holiday events are around $175-$200. These details will always be listed on the application.
Nope! You can apply to the month(s) that you'd prefer. You don't have to apply to all 6 dates.
You'll see us posting on our social media platforms (16k on IG), adding Facebook events (8k FB followers), and creating flyers for each maker to share on their pages.
But, a lot of our marketing efforts are done behind the scenes so they're not as easy to spot. Here's a brief list of some of the marketing efforts we do for each event:
These are the main marketing efforts made for our events. We also add random extras like posting signs in our store advertising the event, spreading the word to local businesses, etc.
We have an online community on the Circle app where you can get to know other local makers in the community. It's a great place to ask questions, network, collaborate, etc.
We are also launching a membership based coaching experience for our makers to support you in growing your business and generating more sales. If you join the waitlist above and check the "maker resources" box, you'll be notified when these resources are ready (expected launch September 2026)
Our events are reserved for local makers and artists. We don't approve MLM, resellers, mass manufactured goods, or vintage (even though we love you so much vintage peeps - maybe we'll add a specific vintage market one day)
Each venue may have its own limits for product categories depending on surrounding businesses in the shopping center. For example, here at White Marsh we can't approve vendors selling cupcakes because of a Small Cakes business in the shopping center. But we can approve cupcake vendors at our Annapolis location.
These details will always be listed on the application.
Yes, our core values have always been around supporting makers and artists. We do not allow products made using AI into our stores or events because this directly contradicts our mission of lifting up artists. AI cannot create its own images from nothing. It uses art found on the internet without the approval from that artist to create "AI Art". Because this is stealing images from other artists, it isn't allowed within our vendor events or stores. We are additionally adding a clause to all vendor agreements ensuring AI is not used to create any signage or imagery within the vendor's booth when selling at our markets.
We HEAVILY limit 3D printed products. When approving a vendor who uses a 3D printer we have a conversation about what the "maker magic" is that makes their product align with our community. Know when you see a 3D printer at our events they either make their own templates for printing, add hand painted art elements or somehow put their own touch on the product. We also cannot approve 3D printed products that directly compete with our other artists who are hand making their products from scratch. For example, we cannot approve 3D printed jewelry because that directly competes with many vendors who are making their jewelry from beginning to end without the use of a machine. Even so, we never approve more than 1-2 vendors with 3D printed products per 60 vendors at our events.
